Reviews and Ratings
I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is ideally located near The O2 arena and provides convenient access to public transport. The rooms were exceptionally luxurious and well-equipped, contributing to a very comfortable experience. I particularly appreciated the stunning views and the quality of the breakfast buffet, which was among the best I've had. However, I faced a disappointing incident regarding the reception with one of the staff members, which left a negative impression.
Staying at this hotel was a truly enjoyable experience, especially with its direct access to the O2 where we had an amazing concert. The atmosphere was lively, and the breakfast selection was one of the best I've had. However, I did have a couple of minor issues with my spa treatment, which could use some improvement, especially in terms of timing.
The hotel provided a memorable experience with its beautiful decor and luxurious atmosphere, perfectly complemented by its attentive staff who truly made me feel valued. The proximity to The O2 arena was a major plus for our night out. However, I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa facilities, which I’ve heard wonderful things about.
I had an incredibly delightful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making for a very comfortable stay. The proximity to the O2 arena made attending events effortless, although some dining options could be improved. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for a luxurious getaway.
I had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental O2, thanks to its amazing breakfast and spacious rooms. While most of the staff were friendly and attentive, I had a minor issue at the Clipper Bar regarding seating. The SPA experience was satisfactory, though there were some areas for improvement. Overall, it’s a great choice for events at The O2, but a few service aspects could use attention.
