The location was definitely convenient. i had a quick walk to the o2 for an event. the gym was quiet and clean, exactly what i needed. i appreciated the spacious room. It had a modern bathroom.
the receptionist asked many questions about signing up for something, it felt pushy. the check-in process felt a bit too long. i found it slightly inconvenient after walking around all day.

the breakfast included a great selection of options, it was amazing!!! the location was perfect to access the o2 arena directly from the reception area. this was very good for me as a solo traveler late at night. my room was nice and neat with all necessities for the night.
the dining room staff was not very attentive. i had to ask for a spoon for my soup and a steak knife for my main course. i asked about the dessert menu, but it never arrived. also, the fridge made some noise during the night.

the room had limited facilities given the price, i expected a little more.

the hotel provides direct access to the o2 arena through a 50-meter tunnel. i reached my event in just two minutes from my room. the underground station is also very close with a well-lit path.
