charmed by the riverside retreat
attentive staff spacious room convenient walkway
i adored how attentive the staff were. the room was clean and spacious. breakfast offered a huge selection. the covered walkway to the arena proved convenient for the show.
The lift music felt quite generic. It did not quite match the hotel's otherwise distinct character.

The location was definitely convenient. i had a quick walk to the o2 for an event. the gym was quiet and clean, exactly what i needed. i appreciated the spacious room. It had a modern bathroom.
the receptionist asked many questions about signing up for something, it felt pushy. the check-in process felt a bit too long. i found it slightly inconvenient after walking around all day.

direct passage great breakfast clean room inattentive staff noisy fridge missing menu
the breakfast included a great selection of options, it was amazing!!! the location was perfect to access the o2 arena directly from the reception area. this was very good for me as a solo traveler late at night. my room was super clean and cozy with all necessities for the night.
the dining room staff was not very attentive. i had to ask for a spoon for my soup and a steak knife for my main course. i asked about the dessert menu, but it never arrived. the receptionist did not explain i needed my room key to operate the lift. also, the fridge made some noise during the night.

rajesh provided cute customer service, he. the staff during the night were also attentive. the hotel has a direct, convenient access to the o2 arena through door h. it made attending an event simple and quick.
the room had limited facilities given the price, i expected a little more.

the hotel provides direct access to the o2 arena through a 50-meter tunnel. i reached my event in just two minutes from my room. the underground station is also very close with a well-lit path.

Very nice Stay Near the O2!
amazing service modern bathroom perfect proximity
The hotel's proximity to the O2 was AMAZING!!! I walked there in just a few minutes. The room had a modern bathroom. Service was great. The staff was attentive from arrival to departure.
